如何避免骨骼及肌肉流失?

人体的骨质从40岁开始就会逐渐流失,随着年纪的增加,骨质流失的几率也会逐渐提高,而女性更在年期之后骨质流失情况会更严重。

很多人相信,摄取了足够钙质就可以防止或延迟骨质疏松症,但其实单靠钙质是不够的,我们必须同时摄取维他命D,才能帮助身体吸收钙质,否则吃进再多的钙质,只会白白流失,甚至可能因为摄取过量钙质带来反效果,造成肾结石。

人体骨质的高峰期是在20~30岁之间,而男性骨质普遍都会比女性多;但是从40岁开始,人体骨质就会逐渐减少,这是生理结构使然,并非疾病所导致,惟男性的流失速度是比女性慢,所以男性一般从65岁才会出现骨松症问题。

有专家就建议,我们应在30岁之前就让身体的骨质达到满分,确保每天摄取足够的钙质,让骨骼尽情的吸收钙质,建立肌肉,为骨松症做好未雨绸缪准备。
