小编找到的一份研究指出,人的肌肉在30岁以后,会开始以每年0.5%至1%的速度减少,60岁以后,肌肉将减少30%,超过80岁后,身体的肌肉竟会流失一半!

如果超过30岁的你已经有运动的习惯,恭喜!不过切记:别把有氧与伸展运动当作“锻炼肌肉”的运动,而忽略了真正的肌力训练哦!
