有人说,解决胃痛的方法就是喝一杯牛奶,因为牛奶能够稀释胃酸,缓解疼痛。这是真的吗?

牛奶的确可以稀释胃酸,牛奶中的蛋白质甚至能够在胃粘膜的表面形成一层保护膜,可以缓解胃脘痛。

但陆美心医师也指出,虽说牛奶能够缓解胃疼的症状,但由于钙离子的浓度升高会刺激胃酸的分泌,从而加重对胃粘膜的伤害,带来适得其反的效果。

除了牛奶以外,食用粥水也是大众普遍用于应对胃疼的一个方法。
