运动中如感觉关节受到挤压,那就代表您可能做错或太用力了。这时,请您试着专注于呼吸并且尝试轻松地进行其他动作。

若还是感到不适,记得根据自己的状态进行评估并作出相应调整,这样才是达到伸展运动目的的正确方式。
