腰酸背痛,我们该怎么办?

人到中年,难免因为肌肉拉伤、椎间盘突出、长骨刺、骨质疏松、疾病等而腰酸背痛!该去哪里治疗,寻求谁来治疗,是常困扰大家的问题。

肌肉拉伤——常见于剧烈运动或弯腰姿势不当,导致北部肌肉短时间内无法适应而拉伤,可发生在任何年龄层。

椎间盘突出——多发生在中老年人身上,老后脊椎骨退化,造成脊椎骨盘突出,当骨刺压到周围神经线时,便会造成酸痛现象。

骨质疏松——多见于更年期妇女,因停经而提高骨质疏松的机率。因此保持适当的体重、通过运动加强肌肉耐力、预防腿筋紧绷、纠正坐姿站姿、挺直腰部、常做运动等良好习惯要养成。

切记:脊椎骨的每个部位都可能酸痛、受伤,甚至可能残废,预防胜于治疗!
