内在像一个小孩子,他敏感,他脆弱,容易被我们忽略。尤其在这个所有事情都要求“快”的时代,我们无时无刻都在想办法获得最早,最快的消息。但是,当我们都在努力关注着现实世界的同时,是否早已习惯忽略坏情绪?以至于有时候甚至不知道自己到底是在就事论事,还是进行过去情绪的发泄。

罗志仲博士是清华大学中文博士、兼任助理教授,多年来也担任着大学学测、指导阅卷委员。不仅如此,罗志仲博士也常常到各个地方办心灵工作坊,让不同年龄,背景的人能更好地与自己的心灵内在相处。
