如何透过瑜伽减轻腰椎酸痛?

颈椎、胸椎、腰椎、骶骨和尾骨都属于人体重要的部位之一,当它们连接一块是一个整体被称之为“脊柱”,今天所讲解的是我们腰椎,一个灵活度仅次于颈椎的部位,因此我们的腰椎也是人体较容易受伤的地方,平时突然的冲撞、扭闪、前屈或旋转,很容易使腰部受伤,此外还有不正确的姿势体位也会使我们的腰椎在不知不觉中受损而造成腰酸背痛。

造成腰痛的原因大概分为以下几类:
1.固定一个姿势不动
2.不正确的工作和学习姿势
3.腰部经常受凉
4.突然扛起重物让腰忽然受力

在上过了Genie文静老师介绍了这些瑜伽课后,我们也希望学员能够明白瑜伽体式的效果并不只是一个体式一个功效,同一个动作是能够同时锻炼我们的身体或者心理的的,还希望大家可以坚持瑜伽,将自己的身体锻炼的更健康。
