预防中风,有哪些照顾好心肺的运动?

关于脑中风,相信大家都对这课题不陌生。中风其实有分为两种,一种是缺血性中风,是血液供应受阻所导致的;另外一种为出血性中风,是因为血管破裂使到血液渗入大脑。

每个人中风的情况都会不一样,并且可能会导致暂时和永久性的残疾。所以中风是不可以轻视的。一旦出现了中风的先兆,如:失去平衡,面部瘫痪,手脚无法抬起,无法正常说话,出现这些现象都必须立马就医!

除此之外,中风后的复建也非常重要,所以家人与中风者都必须一起陪伴,坚持下去!

对于长者来说,一些简单的运动是可以帮助身体维持一个良好的状态,可以避免自己的健康亮起红灯。
