如何透过瑜伽调节血压?

高血压是一种最常见慢性疾病,同时也被称为是人类健康的“隐形杀手”。高血压也会引发中风,心脏病等疾病,这是我们不可轻易忽视的疾病。我们每一年都应该要定期的去检查血压一次,因为血压会随着年龄而增长而有升高的可能性。

血压升高有很多可能性,家族遗传、作息不定、摄取过量高脂高盐的食物、情绪大起大落等都有可能导致血压升高的可能性。除了高血压之外,其实低血压也会引起许多的疾病,所以我们都要懂得如何去调节自己的血压。

在本期的瑜伽课堂中,Genie老师会教大家一些基本的瑜伽呼吸调息法,配合一些瑜伽动作,来帮助我们调节血压,一起来跟Genie老师练习瑜伽吧!
