驼背及肩膀僵硬是一个跨越各个年龄层次的问题。这个问题除了会影响我们个人的形象之外,还会带来不可估量的脊椎问题。驼背、耸肩、含胸的习惯会让我们看起来没精神,没气质,也会导致学龄前的孩子延缓发育,长不高。

为了避免让驼背和肩膀僵硬影响到我们的健康和形象,每当站立时,我们都要时刻提醒自己挺起胸脯。坐着的时候也应当保持挺拔的姿势。那我们除了平日要多加注意以外,我们也可以常常练习文静老师所教导的动作,改善我们“含胸驼背”的不良习惯!
