如何透过瑜伽减轻颈椎酸痛?

现在人人都是“低头族”,除了上班之外,我们的日常生活也都离不开手机。长时间的低头看手机一定会对我们的身体造成一些伤害,而颈椎便是首当其冲。

有资料显示,如果我们的头部往下大约15度会为颈椎带来约12公斤的压力,而60度的话则会让我们的颈椎承受约27公斤的压力,这相当于往我们的颈椎上放了几包白米,这是多么可怕的数据!

这就是近年来颈椎病的患者日渐增长的原因,颈椎病不仅会导致脖子僵硬,手臂发麻甚至伴随头晕,发昏等症状。我们应该避免维持一个姿势太久,一定要让身体的各个部位活动,让我们的肌肉放轻松。
