学会“保肌”,晚年有“肌力”!

人体有超过600块肌肉,大约占了身体重量的三分之一到二分之一,和结缔组织一起组成我们的身体,使我们能够站立和移动。但是,30岁以后,人体肌肉质量每年下降1%~2%,70岁时,人体肌肉质量下降约40%,到了80岁,肌肉大约会流失掉50%。

如你所知,肌少症就是缺乏肌肉,一种与衰老相关的肌肉退化现象,在40岁以上人群中变得更为常见。造成肌少症的原因除了年龄的因素以外,营养不均衡、活动量不足和慢性疾病也是照成肌少症的原因。肌少症不仅会限制许多日常活动,还会缩短人的寿命,反过来说就是,肌肉强的人,看着年轻,活得长。
