颈椎病日趋年轻化,而这,跟现代人长期不良的生活习惯是脱离不了关系的。除了长时间面对电脑之外,低头玩手机的习惯更是让我们的颈椎承受了许多不必要的压力。

一般来说,早期颈椎病患者有脖子发僵、发硬、疼痛、颈部活动受限、肩背部沉重、肌肉变硬、上肢无力、手指麻木、肢体皮肤感觉减退、手握物时会不 自觉地掉落等;有些病人出现下肢僵硬,似乎不听指挥,或下肢绵软,有如在棉花上行走;另一些病人甚至可以有头痛、头晕、视力减退、耳鸣、恶心等异常感觉。

使用正确的桌椅高度,是我们预防颈椎病的第一步,工作一段时间后我们也应该站起来活动活动,避免长时间保持同一姿势或动作。而这一堂课呢,我们的林姝妤物理治疗师会针对颈椎病这个课题来跟我们做一个讨论,让我们可以对颈椎病有一个更深入的了解。
