如何减轻膝盖关节炎的疼痛?

膝关节是个很容易损伤的关节,不光只有骨性的结构,还有半月板、韧带、肌腱等软组织。限制膝关节的活动是软组织,驱动膝关节的是肌肉组织。膝关节大部分的损伤都是软组织损伤,比如半月板、韧带、还有滑膜等相关组织损伤,软组织损伤,最后都变成一个骨性损伤。

由于这种病起病缓慢,最初症状不明显,以致于很多人不把它当回事,直到严重了甚至变形时才想治疗。其实这类骨关节病若加以重视,提前预防及尽早治疗,是可以避免的。

林姝妤物理治疗师在这堂课中除了用更加形象的方式跟我们讲解了膝关节疼痛的原因之外,也为我们带来了三种运动康复疗法包括半蹲运动,弓步运动和抬脚跟和膝盖后侧伸展。这些运动都能帮助我们大腿的肌肉生长,如此一来,大腿肌肉就能帮助分担膝关节的的承受力度,从而避免或减轻膝关节疼痛的发生。
