什么是普拉提运动呢?
普拉提是一项全身协调运动,强调对核心肌群的控制、加强人脑对肢体及骨骼肌肉组织的神经感应及支配,再配合正确的呼吸方法来进行。
郭佩娟 国际认证普拉提教练指出,普拉提有助于提高肌肉耐力和灵活性、提高活动能力和身体平衡感、增强专注力和协调性、预防受伤及加速伤口复原。
郭佩娟老师还强调,一个人的脊柱有多年轻,他就有多年轻;如果到了60岁还能保持灵活,说明我们还年轻。
