举例来说,当老爸老妈们从菜市场买回食材时,双手分别提着大篮小篮的食材,此时手部肌肉承受着一定的重量。
假设我们能够锻炼好肌耐力,即使在长时间负重的情况下,手部肌肉也不容易感到酸痛和疲累。
