今天,我们将跟随郭佩娟老师一起学习全身动态伸展运动!

在进入课堂之前,温馨提醒大家,提前准备好一条长毛巾,本次课堂的瑜伽运动都是站立动作。

对于腿力较弱的老爸老妈们,郭佩娟老师建议准备一张椅子、桌子,或者靠近一面墙。在锻炼过程中,可以借助这些物品来完成某些动作。
