老爸老妈们期待已久的普拉提进阶班终于准时上线啦!
在经过之前的不懈学习后,我们跟着国际认证普拉提教练 郭佩娟老师一起掌握了盆骨、核心和肌肉的力量锻炼。
郭佩娟老师提出,接下来的进阶课会稍微调整上课节奏,即减少休息时间,将运动时间延长至40分钟。
老爸老妈们不用担心会跟不上,因为郭佩娟老师不仅会时刻留意大家的进度,而且我们还可以在课室里随时提问喔!
