试想想,当一个人不靠任何外力却开始大笑的时候,在一般人的眼中绝对是一个不正常的行为。在一般人的固有思维里,一个人笑非得有原因不可,否则实在无法让自己毫无意义地大笑。但VIVIAN老师在这她的课上总是会提醒我们,笑是与生俱来的能力,也许有的人笑得比较多,有些人笑得比较少,但无论如何,都能透过多加练习来让自己“多笑”。

“科学实验证实,人的身体不会区分真笑或假笑,只要放声笑了,身体便会接收到好处。”

要笑得够长,调节呼吸是重要一环,先深吸一口气,运用肺部的力量大笑,超过一定的时间后,再进行静坐和瑜伽式的呼吸调节,这也是为何这类瑜伽被称作“大笑瑜伽”的原由。
