我们应该如何透过瑜伽运动来减少腰腹赘肉呢?

本次课堂将会分为两个阶段,第一阶段为站立运动,第二阶段则是躺卧运动。

进入课堂前,大家记得先准备大毛巾和小毛巾各一条;前者待会用以垫在后背,后者则是辅助无法将双手举至90°者伸展手臂。
