您是否曾经在大笑、打喷嚏,甚至快步走动时,不小心遇到尿液液溢出的尴尬情况呢?

根据国家卫生研究院的研究结果显示,每4位女性当中就有1位可能面临盆底功能障碍的问题,而许多女性并不知道这是因为盆底肌变弱所致,更不清楚这是可以通过正确方法改善的健康难题。

本期课堂,陈翠玲老师除了会传授我们强化盆底肌肉的瑜伽技巧,还会教导我们如何训练大腿内侧肌群、腹部肌群、尾骨、坐骨等,滋养与强化我们的骨盘。
